How it works

Three steps to get started.

No ten-page forms or long interviews. Everything runs in Telegram.

  1. 01

    Join the channel

Subscribe to the Interns Event Telegram channel — access to requests is open from minute one.

  2. 02

    Post or respond

You post a project request or respond to a matching one — directly in the channel, by dates and skills.

  3. 03

    Work together

The team shows up on site. After the project — feedback, recommendations and new offers.

Who we find

Roles we fill through the community.

On-site helpers
The universal hands at an event: they help with registration, navigation, light setup and handle the little things that come up in the moment. A great entry point with no prior experience.
Administrators
They keep the venue under control: coordinating the team, guests and vendors, managing timing and order across zones.
Producer assistants
The producer's right hand: documents, communication with vendors, operational tasks on site and during prep.
Zone coordinators
They own a specific zone of the event: the people in it, the schedule, inventory and readiness at start.
Registration & front desk
They greet guests, issue badges and accreditations and answer questions. The face of the event in the first minutes — warmth matters.
Tech specialists
Lighting, sound, video, stage: setup, testing and on-shift support. Both one-off helpers and experienced engineers.
Setup & teardown
Building the venue before the event and dismantling after. Physical work, tight timing and close teamwork.
Entrance control
Checking tickets and accreditations, gate control and managing guest flow. Calm and attentiveness matter most.
Artist liaison
Meet-and-greet, green room, stage timings, everyday needs. Tactful, disciplined, able to keep pace.
Catering helpers
Support for the catering crew: serving, cleaning, running food zones and helping the chef during peak hours.
Photo & video assistants
Support for shooting crews: props, batteries, lighting, coordination of models and shoot participants.
Other — on request
For non-standard tasks we source people one by one. Describe the profile in Telegram — we'll put together a team for your scenario.

How much does it cost to join?
Joining the community and accessing requests is free. For organizers with specific needs we offer paid sourcing formats — message us on Telegram, we'll discuss.
Who can join?
Anyone who wants to work or already works in the event industry: helpers, interns, assistants, coordinators, tech specialists. Separately — organizers, agencies and production studios.
How do you vet members?
The community is alive: feedback is collected after every project, organizers leave public recommendations, and reputation works inside the channel. Unsuitable members drop out quickly on their own.
How fast does a role get filled?
On average — from a few hours to a day. For non-standard profiles and large crews — 1–3 days. Depends on dates and project specifics.
How is this different from regular chats and groups?
It's not just a "chat with ads". It's a structured community with its own request format, moderation, feedback and internal reputation mechanics.
What's the geography?
The main flow is Moscow and Saint Petersburg. We regularly close projects in the regions and outside Russia — on organizer request.
